Employees Manually Entering Punches (New UI)


Employees Logging In

  1. Go to your company’s custom URL: https://yourpayrollhr.com/ta/COMPANYCODE.clock
    1. Your "Company Code" = 
  2. Enter your Username and Password mceclip0.png
    1. Review the message on the right for instructions on the format of your Username and Password:
      1. Your Username format =  
        1. There may be exceptions to this rule, contact HR if you have trouble
      2. Upon first login, your Password will be your social security number (no dashes; XXXXXXXXX)
  3. Once the Username and Password are entered, click the mceclip0.png button                                                                                                                                      mceclip1.png     
        1. If this is your first login or you have had your password rest, you will be prompted to update your password to something more secure containing a number, symbol, upper/lower case character, and be at least 8 characters long            
        2. Enter your social security number as the “Old Password” then create a “New Password”                                              mceclip4.png
    1. Click the image15.png  button to update your password, if it was unsuccessful the system will give you a message listing the reason the change was unsuccessful (i.e.: Passwords entered do not match).
  4. From your dashboard select the My Time and Schedule > My Current Timesheet link to access your current timesheetimage3.png
  5. You will then be routed to your timesheet for the current pay period. the ‘Time Entry’ tab will contain all punches. Click on the caret dropdown mceclip7.png next to any date to expand/collapse the entries, by default any dates with punches will be expanded  mceclip2.png
    1. The From field will be to enter your in punch and the To field will be to enter your out punch, key in the punch times  mceclip3.png
    2. Click on the am/pm hyperlink to apply the correct format  mceclip4.png
    3. To add more From/To time entries select mceclip5.png to the right  mceclip6.png
    4. Pull the dropdown for Department if the punches should be assigned to another Department besides your default  mceclip7.png
    5. Once all punches are entered, scroll up to the top of the timesheet and select image1.png to apply the time entries to your timesheet  mceclip8.png
    6. If you need to cancel or edit any Time Off hours (i.e.: Vacation, Sick, etc), submit a Timesheet Change Request to your Manager/Admin by selecting the image8.png button in the top right
