Employees Clocking In/Out
- Go to your company’s custom URL: https://yourpayrollhr.com/ta/COMPANYCODE.clock
- Your "Company Code" =
- Enter your Username and Password
- Review the message on the right for instructions on the format of your Username and Password:

- There may be exceptions to this rule, contact HR if you have trouble
- Upon first login, your Password will be you social security number (no dashes; XXXXXXXXX)

- Once the Username and Password are entered, click the
button to record your punch

- If this is your first login or you have had your password rest, you will be prompted to update your password to something more secure containing a number, symbol, upper/lower case character, and be at least 8 characters long
- Enter your social security number as the “Old Password” then create a “New Password”
- Click the
button to update your password, if it was unsuccessful the system will give you a message listing the reason the change was unsuccessful (i.e.: Passwords entered do not match).
- If it is successful, you will be re-routed back to the login page

- You will receive a ‘Punch Successful’ message along the top once the punch has been recorded
- To clock out for lunch or for the day, repeat steps 2 & 3
- To review your timesheet to ensure your punches are recorded correctly, enter your Username and Password then select
- From your dashboard select the My Time and Schedule > My Current Timesheet link to review your current punches
- You will then be routed to your current timesheet, the ‘Time Entry’ tab will contain all punches. Click on the caret dropdown
next to any date to expand/collapse the entries, by default any dates with punches will be expanded
- The From field is your in punch and the To field is your out punch
- If your punch was recorded incorrectly, submit a Timesheet Change Request by selecting the

Employees Updating Departments by Time Entry
- Once logged in, from your dashboard select the My Time and Schedule > My Current Timesheet link
- On the timesheet you can select a different Department to allocate your time entries to, by selecting the dropdown beneath the Department field
- By default, the last used Department(s) will appear in the list or you can select Browse to choose from a list of available Departments
