- From your dashboard select the My Time and Schedule > My Current Timesheet link
- If the Timesheet Change Request is for the current pay period, click
in the top right corner of your timesheet
- If the Timesheet Change Request is for the previous pay period, select the left arrow next to the pay period dates to go back to the prior pay period then select
- If the Timesheet Change Request is for the previous pay period, select the left arrow next to the pay period dates to go back to the prior pay period then select
- From the Change Type dropdown, select the type of change you’d like to make:
- Add Time Entry: To add an entire line of ‘From’ and ‘To’ punches
- This should only be used if the entire time entry is missing.
- Add Punch In: To add a ‘From’ or punch IN that is missing
- Do not use this option if a punch already exists on the timesheet
- Add Punch Out: To add a ‘To’ or punch OUT that is missing
- Do not use this option if a punch already exists on the timesheet
- Cancel Time Off: To remove current time off hours from the timesheet
- Modify Punch In: To edit the ‘From’ or punch IN that is missing or incorrect
- Modify Punch Out: To edit the ‘To’ or punch OUT that is missing or incorrect
- Modify Time Off: To edit the number of hours attached to the Time Off on your timesheet
- The entire pay period and total hours for each day will appear, click on the hyperlinked date to review the punches then select the
to choose the time entry you need updated
- Enter the time you want to adjust the punch to, click on am/pm to apply the appropriate format, and enter a Comment explaining the need for the change

- To review the current history of Timesheet Change Requests sent:
- Select the hamburger menu icon
in the top left
- Select the my info
icon then navigate to My Time > Timesheet > Change Requests
- By default the report will only display requests for the current week, click on the filter on the right to change the Date Range filter to review additional history
