Adding/Editing Time Entries & Time Off TLM SBE & Payroll (New UI)

  1. From your dashboard, hover over the Manage Time widget and select the “Current Timesheets” link2020-10-06_17h23_01.png
  2.  Select the mceclip1.pngicon on the left to edit an employee's timesheet
      1.  To edit existing time entries (i.e.: an employee clocked in but did not clock out):
          1. Enter the correct From or To time by typing directly into the time entry box
          2. Click the 2021-01-20_10h28_28.png on the right to add another time entry line (if necessary) 
          3. After all entries are updated click 2021-01-19_12h29_34.pngmceclip3.png
      2. To add a time entry (i.e.: an employee forgot to clock in and out for an entire day):
          1. Click the arrow icon 2021-01-20_10h28_47.png next to the date you want to enter time for to access the From/To entries
          2. Enter the From and To time by typing directly into the time entry box
          3. Click the 2021-01-20_10h28_28.png on the right to add another time entry line (if necessary)     
          4. After all entries are updated click 2021-01-19_12h29_34.png mceclip1.pngmceclip2.png
      3. To add a Time Off entry : (i.e. to record a Sick or Vacation day)
          1. Click the arrow icon 2021-01-20_10h28_47.png next to the date you want to enter time off on
          2. In the Time Off column select the dropdown and click 'Browse' to choose from a list of available Time Off Codes (i.e. Sick, Vacation, Holiday, Unpaid, etc)  2021-01-20_12h39_12.png
          3. In the Raw Total column enter the number of hours for the Time Off
          4. After all Time Offs are entered click 2021-01-19_12h29_34.pngmceclip3.png
      4. If needed, select the icon mceclip2.pngon the right to review any notes left by the employee or select the mceclip0.png icon to enter a note onto the employees timesheet
      5. After all entries are updated click 2021-01-19_12h29_34.png
