Employees Clocking In/Out

  1. Go to your company’s custom URL: https://yourpayrollhr.com/ta/COMPANYCODE.clock
    1. Your "Company Code" = 
  2. Enter your Username and Password mceclip0.png
    1. Review the message on the right for instructions on the format of your Username and Password:
      1. Your Username format =  
        1. There may be exceptions to this rule, contact HR if you have trouble
      2. Upon first login, your Password will be your social security number (no dashes; XXXXXXXXX)
  3. Once the Username and Password are entered, click the mceclip1.png button to record your punch                                                                                                                                                                                         mceclip3.png
        1. If this is your first login or you have had your password rest, you will be prompted to update your password to something more secure containing a number, symbol, upper/lower case character, and be at least 8 characters long            
        2. Enter your social security number as the “Old Password” then create a “New Password”                                              mceclip4.png
        3. Click the image15.png  button to update your password, if it was unsuccessful the system will give you a message listing the reason the change was unsuccessful (i.e.: Passwords entered do not match).
          1. If it is successful, you will be re-routed back to the login page
  4. You will receive a ‘Punch Successful’ message along the top once the punch has been recorded                                                 mceclip5.png
  5. To clock out for lunch or for the day, repeat steps 2 & 3
  6. To review your timesheet to ensure your punches are recorded correctly, enter your Username and Password then select mceclip6.png
  7. From your dashboard select the My Time and Schedule > My Current Timesheet link to review your current punches image6.png
  8. You will then be routed to your current timesheet, the ‘Time Entry’ tab will contain all punches. Click on the caret dropdown mceclip7.png next to any date to expand/collapse the entries, by default any dates with punches will be expanded    mceclip8.png
    1. The ‘From’ field is your in punch and the ‘To’ field is your out punch    mceclip9.png
    2. If your punch was recorded incorrectly, submit a Timesheet Change Request by selecting the image4.png button

 

 

Employees Clocking Into Another Job/Department

  1. Enter your Username and Password
    1. Review the message on the right for instructions on the format of your Username and initial password
    2. Initial Password is your full social security number without dashes
  2. Select the mceclip0.png button to review a list of departments to clock into                                                                    mceclip1.png
    1. Select the mceclip3.pngicon on the left to open each level of the Job/Department tree to find your applicable Job/Department to clock in to
    2. Click on the blue hyperlinked Job/Department name to clock in to it. The system will automatically clock you out of your last Job/Department and immediately clock you into the new Job/Department you have selectedmceclip2.png
  3. If you are clocking out for lunch simply select the mceclip6.pngbutton to record an out punch for lunch
      1. Upon returning from lunch, select the button mceclip0.png if you need to clock back into a Job/Department that is not your default
