Updating Employee Accrual Balance Manually - Multi EIN (New UI)

Please contact your CSR for any errors in balances before making edits manually.

  1. From your Dashboard, select the Employee Changes > Other Employee Changes link mceclip0.png
  2. Select the image2.png icon to go into the employee's profile 
      1. Be sure to select the appropriate entity's profile if the employee is hired across EINs as they will have multiple profilesmceclip0.png
  3. In the Jump To menu on the left click Accruals, then select the mceclip1.png icon at the top of the Accruals widget to 'Edit Balances' 2021-01-20_16h35_15.png
  4. Only update the Hours Remaining column, the Accrued To date is correct based on the policy setup. **You should contact your CSR if this date is incorrect.** 
    1. Enter what you want the current balance to be (i.e.: Manual check issued to pay out remaining balance)
    2. Include a ‘Comment’ for historical records
    3. Click image1.jpg mceclip2.png
  5. The employee's ‘Current Balance’ should reflect the new balance you’ve entered mceclip3.png
